I’m Alicia, Creative Director and Founder of Adeptt Communications!

I started my career in social media working with automotive brands, where I learned how powerful great content and clear strategy can be. Over time, I realised my real passion sat within the entertainment and creative industries - telling stories, elevating talent, and building brands in a way that feels human, exciting, and genuinely engaging.

So I took the leap and built this agency, combining everything I’d learned with the freedom to be fully creative. Today, I work alongside a small network of talented freelancers, which is why you’ll often see me say “we”-because this isn’t a one-person show. It’s a collaborative effort built to give every client the best results possible.

Outside of work, I’m someone who finds inspiration everywhere. The gym keeps me focused, travelling keeps me curious, and art keeps my creative brain ticking. I love exploring new places, new ideas, and new ways of seeing the world - and that energy naturally feeds into the work I create.

At the heart of it all is a simple goal: to help people and brands grow through creative, strategic, and meaningful social media. And I absolutely love what I do.
